Brett Green was selling a booklet "Yowie Tales" on his web site.
Green has now pulled the book off his own site.

Green was asked two weeks ago, before he knew he had been caught out..to clarify if he took the photos in the book.
He again stated he took the photos.
Then after being told he had been caught, Green wrote in an email "The images I used were taken as correct because from memory they were indicative of what was seen."
Now Green is claiming that he really did photograph yowies, he sent the negatives away-and the printer swapped the real photos with the fake photos.
Why not just say aliens swapped the photos when they abducted you Brett.?
The minor problem with this latest bizarre twist is, according to Greens booklet, the photographs were taken in 1998.
The documentary Green "borrowed" the stills from came out in 2001.
So, Green wants us to now believe the printer teleported into the future, came back, then swapped the photos, and Brett did not notice.

Then two of his close friends told me that Green claimed to have been knighted by the queen.
The John Green genealogy web site were also told this by Brett himself.
We are being kind and guessing that Sir brett obtained/bought the "knighthood" from he principality of Hutt River...but he might have just made that title up as well..
He is not on their web site/files...they lost a load of information years ago.

Then there was the saga of the "Tales of a Warrior" which purported to show Brett`s uncle John Green living with aboriginals in QLD and finding evidence of pyramids and yowies.
This faked diary was supplied to universities in QLD by Brett Green after a mystery fire destroyed the original.So no one could check..
The Green family historian`s told me the following re Sir Brett`s claims.
"John Green lived at Tongarra until his death in 1889 and is buried in the cemetery of All Saints Church of England, Albion Park. The family man and Aussie battler revealed in The Green Book is a very different person from the emotional, opinionated writer of the Green 'diaries'."

And thats the last we will ever hear from Sir Brett Green.
It was all about ego and money..nothing more..
